Common Issues

1. Discounts not applying at checkout

  • Check if the customer is assigned a valid tier
  • Verify that the campaign is published, not in draft
  • Confirm that product/collection filters include the item
  • Ensure campaign dates are active

2. Customer classification stuck in pending

  • Your store may be set to manual approval — go to the Requests Page to take action on the classification request.
  • For auto-approval, check if customer provided required order projections or documents.

3. Incorrect discount value showing

  • Double-check if volume ladders or MOQ rules were set correctly
  • Look for overlapping campaigns with different rule priorities

4. Campaign edited but not showing changes

  • Edits on live campaigns result in a new version , not a real-time update. Confirm the updated start time and version status.

5. Emails not sending

  • Go to Settings > Communication Email and make sure an email is configured
  • Check your email’s spam/junk folder

6. Tax exemption not applying

  • Ensure customer has been approved via TaxWisp
  • DiscountWisp applies tax-exempt logic only if customer is marked as tax-exempt through TaxWisp or marked manually as exempt through DiscountWisp.
